A QUEER ASIAN COMMUNITY
AQUA is a space created by and for queer Asians of marginalized genders in Tkaronto.
Queer being anyone who identifies as being anywhere along the 2SLGBTQQII+ spectrum Asian being anyone from Asia, including East, SouthEast, South, SouthWest, West, and North Asian; and marginalized genders including cis and trans women, non-binary folks, trans men and gender diverse people. Marginalized genders being people whose genders have been systematically oppressed by those in power throughout history and have been made to feel unsafe because of their gender.
We work with and for our community to create connections, foster friendships, provide social support, host events and workshops, and serve our community!

Sunday, Oct 27th 6:30pm
Are you also feeling the chill in the air as Halloween approaches? Join AQUA for a spooky choose-your-own-adventure group game, and in costume, if you’d like!
We'll be at CSI Spadina (192 Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON M5T 2C2)
on Sun, October 27th from 6:30-8:30pm.
Unsure what to expect? Essentially, we’ll be playing an improv storytelling group game where folks will be able to create characters together, help build the world, and play through some very silly scenarios. If you’re familiar with D&D or other tabletop roleplaying games, it’s like a more structured version of that where a group of people control one character each! And if you’re not familiar with these games, no worries–you can participate as much as you’d like, or just watch shenanigans unfold.
Please bring the following:
+ A costume, if you feel comfortable wearing one (you can change at the venue) 🎃
+ An adventurous spirit and a readiness to be silly 🤺
+ Maybe $5 or so if you’d like to chip in for pizza or something (not mandatory) 🍕
